The Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) has the objective of preparing graduates who embody the University graduate attributes. It aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, and habits on the one hand and the tools of analysis and the holistic development of the personality on the other with which to understand and actively participate in the modern business and economics world, to prepare them for subsequent graduate studies and to achieve success in their professional careers.

B.Com is a specialized degree to acquire practical skills related to banking and other business aspects.
To Prepare students to take up higher education to become business scientists, researchers, consultants, and teachers, with core competencies.
To cater to the manpower needs of companies in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial analysis, and Management.
To prepare students for professions in the field of Accountancy – Chartered Accountancy, Cost and Management Accountancy, Company Secretary, Professions in Capital and Commodity Markets, professions in Banks by passing the respective examinations of the respective professional bodies.

On completion of B.Com, aspirants generally opt for M.Com. However, candidates can also choose to explore job opportunities in various fields such as
