Mentoring program at GIMS is a structured guidance system. The goal is to inspire and empower the mentee, help them to navigate through challenges, set goals and develop new skills. It’s a rewarding journey for both mentor and mentee. It supports students in academic, personal and career pursuits. AT GIMS, we believe that overall development of the student i.e., learning outside and inside the class is essential for them to face challenges confidently, utilize opportunities, become good citizens and leaders and have an optimistic view towards life.
Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback and support to the mentee, serving variously as role model, teacher, counselor, advisor and ally depending on the specific goals and objectives.
